Only students who completed registration can participate.
Entry limit per participant: Off-stage events no limit, Individual events 4, Group events 4.
Entry limit per house: Off-stage individual 10, Off-stage group 2, On-stage individual 2, On-stage group 1.
If a participant exceeds 4 on-stage events (except Adzap), all involved entries are disqualified.
If a house exceeds off-stage entry limits, entries for that event from that house can be disqualified.
Online entries and spot registrations are not allowed.
Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
Only USB devices are accepted for audio files; keep backup media.

No appeals will be entertained for any event.
On-stage events should be video recorded by the respective group.
Schedule may be modified by organizing committee if required.
Warning bell rings 1 minute before time limit; final bell at end; grace time is 30 seconds.
Exceeding grace time can lead to disqualification.
Participants should not directly approach judges for complaints.
All complaints must be reported within 1 hour of event completion.

Sargapratibha: based on literary events (Essay Writing, Short Story Writing, Versification).
Chithrapratibha: based on individual fine arts events.
Kalapratibha (Boys) and Kalathilakam (Girls): based on individual music, dance, oratory, and theatre events.
No separate points are awarded exclusively for individual championships.
